Tubulis used proprietary technologies to develop novel drugs whose mechanisms of operation address the deep-seated causes of the respective disease. The goal was to expand the therapeutic potential of Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) to enable more targeted and effective treatment of cancer and other diseases. Tubulis was sold to Gilead Sciences (NASDAQ:GILD) in 2026 for $3.15 billion, plus contingent milestone payments of up to $1.85 billion.
