This summer’s team offsite event in Montafon, Austria, gave us the opportunity to spend a wonderful time together as a team and to gain sufficient distance from our day-to-day business, to be able to work on improving our organization.
Besides having fruitful discussions with the team about important strategic topics, we also learned how to make cheese and then tried our hand at becoming cheese makers ourselves. Another highlight of the retreat was our soapbox race, for which we designed and built soapboxes in small teams and competed against each other in a final race – it was great fun working together on the challenge of building a vehicle. Just as we gained speed in the mountains, we became closer as a team and better equipped for the challenges ahead after spending these few days together.
